Sadistique is gonna teach you about differently-abled BDSM

Sadistique is gonna teach you about differently-abled BDSM

Sexuality is a universal right, including BDSM and fetish sexuality. Pity then it is often strictly tied to a very normative ideal, founded on rigid stereotypes of appearance, age, roles… and ability. The world however is made up of every kind of persons, including differently abled ones but no less interested in the subject.

During the April 7th edition of Sadistique, the big kinky event held every month in Milan, we are going to also talk about this in a splendid MasterClass held by an exceptional teacher. Anna Castagna is a huge BDSM enthusiast, a professional sex educator… and yes, a disabled person as well – and she will perfectly clarify how it is possible to reframe the prejudices around this latter characteristic into a source of stimuli, fantasies and intimacy you won’t forget.

Sadistique to showcase the kinky side of comic books artist Daniel Leister

Sadistique to showcase the kinky side of comic books artist Daniel Leister

Mention artist Daniel Leister‘s name to a comic books connoisseur, and they will go wide-eyed with admiration for the works of the famed artist, both in the indie scene and for definitely mainstream publishers such as DC Comics and Image Comics. What they probably don’t know, however, is his kinkier side, expressed in a smaller but nonetheless very exciting production focusing on bondage… and on very alluring female protagonists (and the occasional alien).

The April 7th edition of Sadistique, since 2005 the longest-running BDSM event in Italy, will reveal Leister’s output in this latter field, with an unmissable art exhibition. We know you are dying to discover what is happening in the lower part of the above illustration…

On April 7th it’s back to the Roaring Twenties, with a Sadistique as great as Gatsby

On April 7th it’s back to the Roaring Twenties, with a Sadistique as great as Gatsby

On April 7th Milano will light up again for Sadistique, the unmissable BDSM event gathering enthusiasts from all over Europe. Like every month, the day will offer furnished play spaces, bondage areas, a themed art exhibition and a workshop. Also, according to tradition each date is dedicated to a different theme: this time the guests are invited, in addition to following the regular dress code, to wear outfits inspired by The Great Gatsby.

The literary masterpiece seemed like a perfect blueprint with its themes of decadent, elegant, outrageous and cruel parties. The setting is the American Roaring Twenties: we expect to meet flapper girls, top-hatted millionaires, gangsters trying to break into high society, cynical ladies, Hollywood stars and jocks up to anything just to earn their spotlight. Following the theme is not obligatory, but will give you a better chance to win the contest for the best themed photo portrait – and if you need some ideas about how fetish was intended in the art deco age you simply have to check out the gallery we set up for you.

And the winner of the January Sadistique contest is…

We take back what we said in the previous post about not taking last month’s theme seriously enough. Please applaud this wonderfully detailed Dame of Pain, who unfortunately for privacy reasons only allowed us to publish this shot, depriving us all of her unsettling icy makeup and minor dress touches.

The prize is unchanged, however, and she wins two complimentary entry tickets for the March 3rd edition of Sadistique!

Sadistique’s odd libertines

Sadistique’s odd libertines

One has to wonder: when we set oddball themes of the month you always amaze us with a massive participation of perfectly on-topic outfits… but when the game would be easier (like last month, with Casanova the libertine), you almost are disinterested and fall back on a more “classic” fetish look.

Not a big deal, however: you are always the coolest, and as you can see in these portraits, you certainly don’t lack creativity.
The winner of the contest for the best-themed look will be revealed, as customary, in a few days.

The Sewing Club at Sadistique in March defies your expectations

The Sewing Club at Sadistique in March defies your expectations

We are very proud of the Master Class series of workshops offered by our Sadistique. In fact, they are a big contribution to what sets apart this event from the competition: discussing the widest range of aspects of BDSM helps building a better, smarter and safer community, and in these years we had the honor of hosting some of the greatest names in the field and of touching upon the most diverse subjects. The March 3rd lecture, however, will challenge even the most hardcore kinkster.

Our guest teacher will be our recurring piercing and body modification expert Silvio Pan, who is going to teach nothing less than play suturing – which, despite the name, is far from being a pretend practice. As usual, the focus will be on safety, best practices and everything that helps to keep games fun. If you’ve ever wondered how to make your clinical games more realistic by stitching sensitive parts for entertainment, this is an occasion you truly can’t miss. Then, of course, Silvio will be at hand to let you try on yourself his techniques – and possibly for a surprise.

The queerest circus ever sets up its big top at Sadistique

The queerest circus ever sets up its big top at Sadistique

Have you ever heard about Granadilla Lab already? It’s an art collective from Florence, composed of comic book creators and illustrators, all of them specializing in queer themes. Last month they completed a very successful crowdfunding campaign that allowed the production of an artbook already coveted by fans everywhere. The work is titled Cyrcus, it features contributions from about fifty international authors and, as the name suggests, it introduces a… pretty peculiar circus troupe.

Cyrcus will premiere on March 3rd in Milan at Sadistique, the BDSM party where extreme eroticism enthusiasts convene since 2005 from all over Italy. The Granadilla Lab crew will be present with the original illustrations, both in print and in digital form – and with the very first copies of the actual artbook. Are you ready to discover a brand new way of seeing sensuality?

This March Sadistique features the postmodern eroticism of dieselpunk

This March Sadistique features the postmodern eroticism of dieselpunk

The last edition of Sadistique, the epic BDSM play party of Milan, was a bit of a surprise. We had chosen an easy theme (Casanova) to help guests with their kinky outfits, and yet most of them disregarded it for more classic fetishwear. Which is just fine by us, mind you, but if you really prefer to go for more outlandish themes like it seems so far… you are really going to like March’s suggested wear.

For the March 3rd event, we are challenging you to flavor your look with a dieselpunk flair. Think steampunk, but around 1945: military and art deco influences, mad science-powered heroes and villains, femmes fatales, strange industrial-looking devices, air pirates… the possibilities are endless, and you can always consult the monthly inspirational gallery for ideas.

You know the rest of the drill already. If the monthly theme doesn’t agree with you, just make sure to stick to the basic dress code: regular kink-and-fetishwear, or gala outfits. But doing so will dramatically lessen your chances to win the photo contest awarding two complimentary entry tickets to the best themed portrait taken on our professional set.
