Guido Cantone<\/a>\u00a0is a “difficult” artist, the kind who really can’t accept to bend their work to possibly comfortable standards, but different from the purity of their vision. When he approached the world of extreme eroticism, of fetish and BDSM, for example, the first thing he did was to reject every aesthetic imposition deriving from decades of habit to a visual style that still owes a lot to ancient porn magazines. So away with a certain type of outfits, away with stereotyped acts, and above all away with any pretense of predefined roles.<\/p>\n

Confronted with the triumph of the\u00a0Shades of Grey\u00a0<\/em>phenomenon, then, his critical and creative vein got unleashed, inspiring a photo series titled\u00a050 fucking shades of nothing<\/em>.
